Open Studios Report: clamp lights, kanten... artwork!

That’s all it took to keep felishino studio #219 visitors satisfied and coming back for more… of Mr. Yoshi’s kanten treat that is. With one weeks preparation, the refreshment table was a hit! For those who missed it, Mr. Yoshi lovingly prepared 2 variations of the popular Japanese dessert. One consisted of kanten (agar based jello), shiratama dango (mochi balls) and fruit accented with yuzu jam sauce. The second was a mix of matcha (green tea) and anko (red bean paste) flavored kanten and more dango drizzled with black sugar syrup.
